EU-MAD-1 Cluster

3 physical nodes in Stackscale datacenter (Madrid), all running Proxmox VE 8.4.1 on kernel 6.8. Each node has 768 GB RAM, 64 AMD EPYC cores, and NVMe storage in RAID5 ZFS. Daily backup to standalone Proxmox Backup Server. Per-VM ZFS snapshots. 80 Gbps internal network. Three anycast public IP ranges.

Q · 01 How is Vspire different from AWS, DigitalOcean or Hetzner?

Three things: we're in Spain (not in resold Frankfurt), your cluster is run by a person you can call (not a ticket in Mumbai), and pricing is public and flat (no 47 flavors of S3, no surprise egress charges). Vspire is built for companies that want cloud without the operational overhead of hyperscalers.

Q · 02 Is there a contract? Can I cancel anytime?

No contract on VPS or VDI. Monthly billing, daily proration if you change plans mid-month. Cancel from the panel with one click and the current month's invoice is the last one you receive.

Q · 03 How does tenant isolation work?

Each organization gets its own Proxmox resource pool (pool-per-org). VMs live in that pool and their VLANs are specific. No noisy neighbors: your VM runs on reserved cores, not shared with other tenants. Backups are stored encrypted with your org-specific key on PBS.

Q · 04 What if I want to migrate to another provider?

We export your VMs as qcow2 or vmdk, downloadable from the panel. No cost, no questions. The idea is that you stay because you want to, not because you're locked in.

Q · 05 Do you accept bank transfers? Recap invoicing?

Yes to both. Stripe for card and SEPA, traditional transfer with proforma invoice for large accounts, and monthly recap invoicing for clients with multiple organizations under the same tax ID.

Q · 06 Do you support Windows Server? Are licenses included?

Yes we support Windows Server 2019/2022/2025 and Windows 11 Pro. License is billed separately (€3/mo Win Server Std, €5/mo Win 11 Pro) and managed from the same panel. Auto-activation on VM boot.
